Shipping information
I process and ship orders Mon – Fri, excluding holidays. I ship everything USPS stardard or expedited unless you contact me for other arrangements. Standard meaning that you should receive the item between 4-14 days but normally within 7 days. Expedited meaning 2-6 days depending on where the weekend falls. All shipments includes tracking info. If a package is returned to us because the address you provided is not deliverable by that carrier, you will have the option of paying to have it re-shipped to an alternate address or to treat it as a return. We cannot refund or replace items that we do not receive. Buyer pays for shipping cost of returns. We recommend that you send all packages with tracking information.
Return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. With our 60 day Easy Return Policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. If you purchased an item you no longer need or don't want to use, it must be in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. Before returning your order, contact us for specific return directions. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund/replacement/exchange will be processed. If you are receiving a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If you purchased a cartridge you no longer need or don't want to use, it must be in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging.
